The Reservations Department is open from 10am – 16pm daily. Treatments are offered from 9am to 8pm.

 

All guest charges must be paid before leaving the Salon. We accept VISA but not credit cards.

 

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation. If a treatment is cancelled within 24 hours and the booking is not reallocated, the full price will be charged. If you fail to arrive for an appointment, the full price will be charged. If you are late for a treatment the therapist will complete as much of the treatment as possible within the time that remains.

 

If it`s your first time visiting Renèe Velvære, we would like you to check in 5-10 minutes before your appointment.

 

Before choosing your preferred treatment please check the following medical guidelines and refer to the Treatment Guidelines Key below.

 

·          If you are currently undergoing any long term medical treatment or ongoing medical surveillance, taking any form of medication or you have a condition that is not controlled, then please seek advice from your specialist and select only treatments from our approved list.

·          If you suffer from allergies, have ever reacted to products or fragrance or have eczema, we may need to adapt the treatment accordingly.

·          If you suffer from any skin conditions then we may have to change your treatment or work around the area concerned.

·          If you are pregnant and in the first trimester then please select only treatments from our approved list. After the first trimester you may choose from all treatments apart from those identified by our Treatment Guidelines Key.

·          If you have undergone surgery in the last 12 weeks then please select a treatment that will not affect the area concerned.

·          If you have reduced physical mobility then please inform us so we can help select the appropriate experience for you.
